Felton Williams is directly responsible for the daily operations of the program as well as manage the contract with Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) for providing Certification and Compliance Services for small businesses in DeKalb County and the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) recognized by the County. He serves as the point of contact for promoting and attending outreach events that elevates the growth and development of small businesses in the market place to meet the procurement needs of the County and community.
